LEVEN Warranty Service

Warranty Policy
Thank you for purchasing from Leven. Please find the warranty policy and related terms and conditions stated in this manual before use. When using our SSD, please handle it with care and keep clean of the connecting finger to avoid damage caused by static and collide. Please do not damage or tear off the warranty stickers on the product to maintain your rights. If you have any technical or compatibility problems when installing or after use, you can look up the product compatibility on our official website, or send a message to our service email (service@j-a.com.tw).
The warranty terms are updated in February 2023.

Please note the limited warranty does not cover any damage to all products that result from:
  • Improper installation, accidents, or negligence.
  • Abuse, misuse, or any unauthorized disassembly, repair, or modification.
  • Our products are consumer-grade SSD, and our warranty may not include the damage caused by not consumer-grade use, such as RAID, server, and mining.
  • Unusual physical or electrical stress or interference, failure or fluctuation of electrical power, lightning, static electricity, fire, or acts of God. It also does not extend to any product.
  • Warranty or authenticity stickers have been altered, smeared, removed, damaged, and lost.
  • Carrying an incorrect, damaged, or unclear product serial number.
  • Purchased from an unauthorized reseller or retailer.
  • Leven does not warrant, and shall not be responsible for any loss of data/software stored or installed in any manufactured products, including returned units.
  • If TBW expired the data which is provided by the manufacturer from the date of purchase.
Warranty Claim Requirements
  • Proof of the place and the date of purchase: amazon order number, invoice, or receipt
  • Products must bear LEVEN labels.
  • Undamaged outward appearance. (warranty sticker unremoved and undamaged)
  • External Storage and SSD: Please send all accessories along with the main product.

RMA Service
  • Return to an authorized LEVEN dealer or distributor from which you purchased the LEVEN product. Please confirm the terms of your dealer's or distributor’s return policy before returning the product.
  • Returning directly to the LEVEN service center: Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number through the LEVEN service email, and follow the product return procedures.
  • Please confirm RMA returned products. If there is any problem with the item and quantity, please contact LEVEN Customer Service by e-mailing us at service@j-a.com.tw within 3 days only or the issue will not be handled.

Other Statement
  • LEVEN will inspect the product and in its sole discretion repair or replace it with a comparable one based on the warranty policy.
  • Due to the ongoing technology, in case of the discontinuity of any product, LEVEN will be unable to repair the product and therefore replace the product with a comparable one.
  • According to LEVEN’s RMA policy, if the return date expires the return time limit from the platform. LEVEN reserves the right not to be responsible for the back-and-forth shipping charges.
